營養(yǎng)免疫與功能性食品組參加中國免疫學(xué)會第十屆全國免疫學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)大會
2015年11月14日至17日,由中國免疫學(xué)會(Chinese Society for immunology, CSI)主辦的第十屆全國免疫學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)大會(2015 CSI congress on immunology)在北京召開。“中國免疫學(xué)會全國免疫學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)大會”是中國免疫學(xué)會主辦的品牌學(xué)術(shù)會議,已形成風(fēng)格并具有極大影響力,是目前中國免疫學(xué)領(lǐng)域中學(xué)術(shù)水平最高的學(xué)術(shù)盛會。大會開幕式在北京會議中心隆重召開,并由中國免疫學(xué)會秘書長、中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院院長曹雪濤院士主持,現(xiàn)場還邀請到美國和德國等科學(xué)院以及醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院院士、海外著名免疫學(xué)家和中國兩院院士、各領(lǐng)域頂尖的免疫學(xué)者進(jìn)行大會報告,會議內(nèi)容涵蓋了免疫學(xué)基礎(chǔ)、臨床、應(yīng)用等各個領(lǐng)域。
版納植物園營養(yǎng)免疫與功能食品研究組張萍研究員與博士研究生紀(jì)開龍應(yīng)邀參加此次大會。紀(jì)開龍博士研究生在11月17日上午的中醫(yī)中藥與免疫調(diào)節(jié)分會場作了題為“Oral administration of the essential oil of Zanthoxylum myriacanthum var. pubescens attenuates dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis”的報告,并引起了同行的濃厚興趣。
毛大葉臭花椒(Zanthoxylum myriacanthum var. pubescens)又稱麻欠(Maqian)為蕓香科花椒屬大葉臭花椒(Zanthoxylum myriacanthum)的一個變種,因其葉軸、小葉柄、小葉兩面及花序軸均被長柔毛而得名。麻欠果實具有濃烈的檸檬香氣,常被當(dāng)?shù)厝罕娪米魇称氛{(diào)味料,此外,據(jù)民族醫(yī)藥書籍記載其可用于治療腫痛以及消化系統(tǒng)疾病。在前期麻欠果實精油具有體外抗炎活性的基礎(chǔ)上,我們利用葡聚糖硫酸鈉(DSS)誘導(dǎo)的小鼠結(jié)腸炎模型對其體內(nèi)抗炎活性進(jìn)行了研究。研究結(jié)果闡述了麻欠精油體內(nèi)抗炎活性及其作用機(jī)理,同時確證了麻欠作為傣藥運用的科學(xué)性。營養(yǎng)免疫與功能性食品組科研人員參加此次會議擴(kuò)大了中國科學(xué)院版納植物園在傣醫(yī)藥與免疫研究領(lǐng)域的國內(nèi)國際影響力。
