趙保路,男,中國科學院生物物理研究所研究員,博士生導師,中國科學院研究生院教授。1970年畢業于中國科學技術大學,1981年研究生畢業于中國科學院研究生院,獲碩士學位。曾先后在中國科學院生物物理研究所,美國 Ohio State University(1985-1987,1990-1992)和 University of California at Berkeley(1998-1999),英國 Institute of Food Research和香港大學(1996-1997從事研究工作。曾任中國科學院生物物理研究所副所長,主管業務工作。目前擔任亞洲自由基研究學會主席,中國生物物理學會自由基生物學和醫學專業委員會主任,中國衰老和抗衰老生物學委員會副主任,中國物理學會波譜學專業委員會理事,世界中醫藥學會聯合會亞健康專業委員會理事,北京煙草學會常務理事。現為 “Biofactor”,“Journal of Clinical Biochemistry and Nutrition” “生物物理學報”,“波譜學雜志”,“中國老年學雜志”, 和“中國煙草學報”編委。先后完成“細胞膜膜蛋白的生物物理特性研究”,“癌癥中活性氧的分子機理研究”,”香煙中瞬時和穩定有害自由基性質的研究" “巨嗜細胞產生一氧化氮自由基機理和天然抗氧化劑對一氧化氮的調節作用“和“氧自由基誘導神經細胞凋亡和天然抗氧化劑調節作用的分子機理“ 國家自然基金課題及 "氧自由基的代謝失衡和天然抗氧化劑的清除機理"和"氧自由基對細胞膜的損傷效應和天然抗氧化劑的調節機理”“活性自由基生物功能及其機理的ESR成像研究”和“植物抗病感病中一氧化氮自由基的作用機理”、“抗氧化劑預防帕金森癥(PD)的機理研究”、“天然抗氧化劑延緩衰老作用機理”、和“煙堿預防和治療老年退行性疾病研究”兩項科學院和國家自然國家自然科學基金 85重點課題及多項國家基金課題。“腫瘤細胞膜的生物物理特性” 獲 1987年中國科學院科技進步三等獎;“人多形核白細胞呼吸爆發產生的氧自由基和天然抗氧化劑的清除機理” 獲1993年中國科學院自然科學二等獎。1998年“低毒低自由基香煙配方和生產方法”獲中國科學院發明三等獎。先后在國內外核心期刊上發表200多篇研究論文,兩部專著和 五項發明專利。現為國家基金“抗氧化劑通過PPARS延緩衰老的機理研究”,“光動力作用誘導癌細胞凋亡信號轉導調控網絡”和十五重大子課題“用核技術研究汞和稀土的分子毒理機制”項目和開發等項目負責人。和英國帝國理工學院有合作項目,與美國FDA生物物理實驗室,The Salk Institute for biological Studies 神經實驗室有合作項目。與法國Universite Victor Segalen-Bordeaux 2,神經生理實驗室合作研究PD的發病機理和預防措施。同時與北京玄武醫院老年病研究所有合作關系。2005年被美國“The Oxygen Club of California”授予終身會員稱號。
