沈小平,男,江蘇省溧陽(yáng)市人,江蘇大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院,博士生導(dǎo)師,化學(xué)系主任,民盟江蘇大學(xué)委員會(huì)副主委。
教育及工作經(jīng)歷:
1992年,蘇州大學(xué)物理化學(xué)專業(yè)研究生畢業(yè),獲理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。
2005年,南京大學(xué)無(wú)機(jī)化學(xué)專業(yè)博士研究生畢業(yè),獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。
1997-1998年,南京大學(xué)配位化學(xué)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室高級(jí)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者。
2008-2009年,澳大利亞University of Wollongong訪問(wèn)學(xué)者。
現(xiàn)任江蘇大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師、化學(xué)系主任。

1. 先進(jìn)能源與環(huán)境材料:主要研究各種氧化物、硫化物、石墨烯基納米復(fù)合物、配位聚合物等納米材料的控制合成和組裝,研究材料的光電磁性質(zhì)及其在鋰離子電池、超級(jí)電容器、氣體傳感器、電化學(xué)催化、光催化等方面的應(yīng)用。
2. 分子基功能材料:研究分子基磁性材料、多孔貯氫材料等各種新穎配合物的合成和晶體結(jié)構(gòu),研究材料的磁性和吸附-脫附性能,探討材料結(jié)構(gòu)與性質(zhì)的構(gòu)效關(guān)系。

科研成果:
1. 有關(guān)科研成果獲2005年鎮(zhèn)江市科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)(排名第一)和鎮(zhèn)江市第六、七、八和九屆優(yōu)秀科技論文一等獎(jiǎng)。
2. 沈小平教授課題組成功制備了石墨烯與各種金屬、合金、氧化物、硫化物、鐵酸鹽等的復(fù)合材料,研究了這類材料在吸附、催化、氣體傳感、鋰離子電池等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。其中,他們采用簡(jiǎn)單的低溫回流方法制備出了結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌可控的石墨烯 (RGO) /Ni納米復(fù)合材料,發(fā)現(xiàn)該復(fù)合材料對(duì)于對(duì)硝基苯酚(4-NP) 的還原反應(yīng)具有優(yōu)異的催化性能。他們首次合成了石墨烯負(fù)載的FeNi合金和NiCo合金納米粒子。在合成RGO-FeNi復(fù)合物中,他們首次得到了FeNi合金納米花,并發(fā)現(xiàn)石墨烯作為基底材料對(duì)于FeNi合金納米花的形成起到了關(guān)鍵作用。通過(guò)定向流動(dòng)自組裝法,他們將該材料制備成磁性紙片,所得的復(fù)合材料顯示軟鐵磁性,使其在磁性存儲(chǔ)、生物分離、水處理和電磁波吸收等領(lǐng)域有潛在的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。他們合成的RGO-NiCo復(fù)合物不僅具有鐵磁性質(zhì),而且對(duì)4-NP的還原具有很好的催化活性,是一種可磁性分離的高效催化劑。他們同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)了石墨烯對(duì)于催化活性和穩(wěn)定性的促進(jìn)作用,這使得RGO-NixCo100-x復(fù)合材料在催化方面具有潛在的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
3. 沈小平教授等人首次用一種通用的方法合成了基于石墨烯的各種鐵酸鹽(MnFe2O4,ZnFe2O4,CoFe2O4和 NiFe2O4)復(fù)合材料,首次將石墨烯復(fù)合材料的磁性,吸附性和光催化性三者結(jié)合于一體,將該復(fù)合材料設(shè)計(jì)成高吸附、高催化活性的可磁分離材料。他們發(fā)現(xiàn)吸附主要是石墨烯的作用,而光催化性和磁性主要是鐵酸鹽的貢獻(xiàn)。石墨烯的高吸附活性以及MFe2O4納米粒子的磁學(xué)和光催化性能使得該復(fù)合材料在環(huán)境領(lǐng)域有著潛在的應(yīng)用。另外,通過(guò)微波法他們簡(jiǎn)便快速地合成了系列化的石墨烯-金屬硫化物(ZnS,CdS,Ag2S和Cu2S)的納米復(fù)合材料。該法基于同時(shí)生長(zhǎng)金屬硫化物納米粒子和還原氧化石墨烯,從而在石墨烯上原位形成無(wú)積聚的金屬硫化物納米粒子;并研究了合成參數(shù)對(duì)硫化物納米粒子在石墨烯上的尺寸、形貌和分布的影響,這在石墨烯負(fù)載的復(fù)合材料中尚未被研究。
4. 沈小平教授首次提出了一種通過(guò)長(zhǎng)鏈伯胺的非共價(jià)鍵改性將GO從水相轉(zhuǎn)移到各種有機(jī)溶劑中的簡(jiǎn)單而有效的方法,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了GO在水相和有機(jī)相之間的可逆轉(zhuǎn)移。他們首次通過(guò)溶劑熱法合成了基于皺褶石墨烯的復(fù)合材料——由Fe2O3納米紡綞體和皺褶的石墨烯納米片結(jié)合而成的新型RGO-Fe2O3納米復(fù)合物。作為鋰離子電池負(fù)極材料,該納米復(fù)合物與單獨(dú)的Fe2O3納米紡綞體和單獨(dú)RGO納米片相比,電化學(xué)性能得到顯著提高。與平整的RGO支撐的納米復(fù)合物相比,皺褶的石墨烯可以對(duì)Fe2O3納米紡綞體起到更多維數(shù)的限制,這對(duì)于Fe2O3在鋰離子嵌入時(shí)的體積膨脹起到了更好的限制作用。該研究為基于皺褶的石墨烯材料的合成和應(yīng)用開辟了新的領(lǐng)域。在此過(guò)程中,沈小平教授首次從實(shí)驗(yàn)上系統(tǒng)研究了不同皺褶程度的石墨烯材料,發(fā)現(xiàn)通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的改變?nèi)軇┲兴⒁叶嫉谋壤梢苑奖愕卣{(diào)控石墨烯的皺褶程度,同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)不同皺褶程度對(duì)于石墨烯的比表面積、吸附和催化性能具有重要的影響。
5. 沈小平教授在功能納米材料的可控合成和性質(zhì)應(yīng)用方面的許多新發(fā)現(xiàn),他成功開發(fā)出利用單源前驅(qū)體的模板基CVD法合成各種氧化物、硫化物和有機(jī)物的納米管有序陣列的普適方法,同時(shí)在國(guó)內(nèi)外首次對(duì)石墨烯無(wú)機(jī)納米復(fù)合材料作了全面的述評(píng)。沈小平教授的研究成果受到了國(guó)際同行的關(guān)注,產(chǎn)生了良好的社會(huì)影響,目前已在Journal of Materials Chemistry, Journal of Physical Chemistry C, Carbon, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, CrystEngComm, Nanotechnology等國(guó)際SCI源期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文150余篇,論文被SCI源期刊引用1600余次,10多篇論文入選ESI高被引論文。目前研究成果獲授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利9項(xiàng)。

11月29-30日, “長(zhǎng)沙礦冶研究院-江蘇大學(xué)電池材料技術(shù)發(fā)展研討會(huì)” 在江蘇大學(xué)新材料研究院成功舉行。中國(guó)五礦•長(zhǎng)沙礦冶研究院有限責(zé)任公司(金瑞新材料科技股份有限公司)肖可頌總工程師、長(zhǎng)沙礦冶研究院有限責(zé)任公司首席專家習(xí)小明教授及長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)鋰科胡柳泉總經(jīng)理等一行10人、與江蘇大學(xué)新材料研究院沈湘黔教授團(tuán)隊(duì)23人就鋰電池材料的發(fā)展、機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了廣泛深入的交流。
首先,肖可頌總工介紹了中國(guó)五礦•長(zhǎng)沙礦冶研究院電池產(chǎn)業(yè)十三五發(fā)展規(guī)劃,表示長(zhǎng)沙礦冶研究院將進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與江蘇大學(xué)的合作,在新的機(jī)遇面前發(fā)揮雙方優(yōu)勢(shì),盡快實(shí)現(xiàn)鋰電池材料科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化。隨后,長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)鋰科胡柳泉總經(jīng)理介紹了長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)鋰科發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及鋰電正極材料市場(chǎng)前景,江蘇大學(xué)沈小平教授、袁朝春教授分別作了“高性能鋰電池負(fù)極材料的研究”、“新能源汽車發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)分析”學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告,雙方研究人員還分別就日本第55屆電池大會(huì)、全固態(tài)鋰離子電池、超快速充放電電極材料、鋰硫電池、富鋰錳正極材料、材料模擬計(jì)算等進(jìn)行了匯報(bào)交流。
最后,中國(guó)五礦科技部副部長(zhǎng)卓曉軍總結(jié)和充分肯定了公司與江蘇大學(xué)新材料研究院沈湘黔教授團(tuán)隊(duì)開展的鋰電池材料技術(shù)研發(fā)工作和成績(jī),表示公司將構(gòu)建與江蘇大學(xué)更加緊密的合作關(guān)系。

9月23日,在化學(xué)化工學(xué)院報(bào)告廳,江蘇大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師、化學(xué)系主任沈小平老師為化學(xué)化工學(xué)院全體研究生新生作了一場(chǎng)題為“科學(xué)道德和科研倫理”的講座。
講座中,沈小平老師旁征博引,列舉了很多的例子讓我們充分了解到做科研應(yīng)該具有的科學(xué)道德和科研倫理。科研過(guò)程中應(yīng)尊重實(shí)際,不能弄虛作假,杜絕抄襲行為。每位研究生同學(xué)都了解到應(yīng)該通過(guò)自己的努力,把科研做到更好,把文章寫得更好,把學(xué)業(yè)完成的更好。此外,還應(yīng)該在科研過(guò)程中發(fā)揮自己的創(chuàng)新能力,多發(fā)散思維,這樣才能在有更大的突破。

4月17日下午,化學(xué)化工學(xué)院在化工樓報(bào)告廳舉行了江蘇大學(xué)第十六屆研究生學(xué)術(shù)論文大賽院級(jí)公開評(píng)審。化學(xué)化工學(xué)院的邱鳳仙教授、賀敏強(qiáng)教授、沈小平教授和姜延順教授擔(dān)任本次大賽評(píng)委,研究生輔導(dǎo)員柳春華老師和參賽研究生出席了此次答辯評(píng)審會(huì)。
我院共收到有效參賽論文16篇。16位參賽者論文內(nèi)容詳實(shí)、信息量大、ppt制作精美,一致受到評(píng)委好評(píng)。經(jīng)過(guò)每位選手的PPT三分鐘陳述,評(píng)委給選手論文打分和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)打分,最終學(xué)院評(píng)出一等獎(jiǎng)一名,二等獎(jiǎng)三名,三等獎(jiǎng)五名,鼓勵(lì)獎(jiǎng)七名。最終評(píng)審結(jié)果近期將在學(xué)院網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行公示。
此次活動(dòng)的組織極大的調(diào)動(dòng)了廣大研究生參與撰寫學(xué)術(shù)論文的積極性,本次評(píng)審活動(dòng)也進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)了研究生的學(xué)術(shù)交流,取得了預(yù)期的效果。

沈小平教授1992年碩士畢業(yè)于蘇州大學(xué)物理化學(xué)專業(yè),2005年博士畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)無(wú)機(jī)化學(xué)專業(yè),2008年至2009年在澳大利亞University of Wollongong作高級(jí)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者,現(xiàn)為江蘇大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師、化學(xué)系主任、民盟江蘇大學(xué)委員會(huì)副主委。多年來(lái),沈小平教授秉承“踏實(shí)做事,老實(shí)做人”的原則,默默耕耘在高校教學(xué)、科研的第一線。教學(xué)中兢兢業(yè)業(yè),為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)了一批批優(yōu)秀人才;科研中立足于先進(jìn)功能材料的研究,在石墨烯等納米材料的研究中取得了一系列重要進(jìn)展。
“盡自己力量努力做事。”沈小平教授這樣簡(jiǎn)單地概括自己的科研工作生涯,給人的印象卻是真正的踏踏實(shí)實(shí)做學(xué)問(wèn)、一心一意搞研究的學(xué)者風(fēng)范。
立足前沿 沉下心來(lái)搞創(chuàng)新
長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),盡管教學(xué)工作繁忙,科研條件有限,但沈小平教授始終要求自己沉下心來(lái),堅(jiān)持科研工作不動(dòng)搖。近年來(lái),瞄準(zhǔn)本領(lǐng)域國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)的最新研究進(jìn)展,他的研究工作一直處于國(guó)際前沿領(lǐng)域,先后主持和參與了國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目六項(xiàng)、省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)、以及國(guó)家和省級(jí)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室開放課題多項(xiàng),在化學(xué)和材料學(xué)領(lǐng)域取得了多項(xiàng)研究進(jìn)展。
一方面,沈小平教授課題組成功制備了石墨烯與各種金屬、合金、氧化物、硫化物、鐵酸鹽等的復(fù)合材料,研究了這類材料在吸附、催化、氣體傳感、鋰離子電池等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。其中,他們采用簡(jiǎn)單的低溫回流方法制備出了結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌可控的石墨烯 (RGO) /Ni納米復(fù)合材料,發(fā)現(xiàn)該復(fù)合材料對(duì)于對(duì)硝基苯酚(4-NP) 的還原反應(yīng)具有優(yōu)異的催化性能。他們首次合成了石墨烯負(fù)載的FeNi合金和NiCo合金納米粒子。在合成RGO-FeNi復(fù)合物中,他們首次得到了FeNi合金納米花,并發(fā)現(xiàn)石墨烯作為基底材料對(duì)于FeNi合金納米花的形成起到了關(guān)鍵作用。通過(guò)定向流動(dòng)自組裝法,他們將該材料制備成磁性紙片,所得的復(fù)合材料顯示軟鐵磁性,使其在磁性存儲(chǔ)、生物分離、水處理和電磁波吸收等領(lǐng)域有潛在的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。他們合成的RGO-NiCo復(fù)合物不僅具有鐵磁性質(zhì),而且對(duì)4-NP的還原具有很好的催化活性,是一種可磁性分離的高效催化劑。他們同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)了石墨烯對(duì)于催化活性和穩(wěn)定性的促進(jìn)作用,這使得RGO-NixCo100-x復(fù)合材料在催化方面具有潛在的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
其次,沈小平教授等人首次用一種通用的方法合成了基于石墨烯的各種鐵酸鹽(MnFe2O4,ZnFe2O4,CoFe2O4和 NiFe2O4)復(fù)合材料,首次將石墨烯復(fù)合材料的磁性,吸附性和光催化性三者結(jié)合于一體,將該復(fù)合材料設(shè)計(jì)成高吸附、高催化活性的可磁分離材料。他們發(fā)現(xiàn)吸附主要是石墨烯的作用,而光催化性和磁性主要是鐵酸鹽的貢獻(xiàn)。石墨烯的高吸附活性以及MFe2O4納米粒子的磁學(xué)和光催化性能使得該復(fù)合材料在環(huán)境領(lǐng)域有著潛在的應(yīng)用。另外,通過(guò)微波法他們簡(jiǎn)便快速地合成了系列化的石墨烯-金屬硫化物(ZnS,CdS,Ag2S和Cu2S)的納米復(fù)合材料。該法基于同時(shí)生長(zhǎng)金屬硫化物納米粒子和還原氧化石墨烯,從而在石墨烯上原位形成無(wú)積聚的金屬硫化物納米粒子;并研究了合成參數(shù)對(duì)硫化物納米粒子在石墨烯上的尺寸、形貌和分布的影響,這在石墨烯負(fù)載的復(fù)合材料中尚未被研究。
另外,沈小平教授首次提出了一種通過(guò)長(zhǎng)鏈伯胺的非共價(jià)鍵改性將GO從水相轉(zhuǎn)移到各種有機(jī)溶劑中的簡(jiǎn)單而有效的方法,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了GO在水相和有機(jī)相之間的可逆轉(zhuǎn)移。他們首次通過(guò)溶劑熱法合成了基于皺褶石墨烯的復(fù)合材料——由Fe2O3納米紡綞體和皺褶的石墨烯納米片結(jié)合而成的新型RGO-Fe2O3納米復(fù)合物。作為鋰離子電池負(fù)極材料,該納米復(fù)合物與單獨(dú)的Fe2O3納米紡綞體和單獨(dú)RGO納米片相比,電化學(xué)性能得到顯著提高。與平整的RGO支撐的納米復(fù)合物相比,皺褶的石墨烯可以對(duì)Fe2O3納米紡綞體起到更多維數(shù)的限制,這對(duì)于Fe2O3在鋰離子嵌入時(shí)的體積膨脹起到了更好的限制作用。該研究為基于皺褶的石墨烯材料的合成和應(yīng)用開辟了新的領(lǐng)域。在此過(guò)程中,沈小平教授首次從實(shí)驗(yàn)上系統(tǒng)研究了不同皺褶程度的石墨烯材料,發(fā)現(xiàn)通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的改變?nèi)軇┲兴⒁叶嫉谋壤梢苑奖愕卣{(diào)控石墨烯的皺褶程度,同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)不同皺褶程度對(duì)于石墨烯的比表面積、吸附和催化性能具有重要的影響。
天道酬勤 踏踏實(shí)實(shí)做學(xué)問(wèn)
上述中我們看到,沈小平教授在功能納米材料的可控合成和性質(zhì)應(yīng)用方面的許多新發(fā)現(xiàn),他成功開發(fā)出利用單源前驅(qū)體的模板基CVD法合成各種氧化物、硫化物和有機(jī)物的納米管有序陣列的普適方法,同時(shí)在國(guó)內(nèi)外首次對(duì)石墨烯無(wú)機(jī)納米復(fù)合材料作了全面的述評(píng)。沈小平教授的研究成果受到了國(guó)際同行的關(guān)注,產(chǎn)生了良好的社會(huì)影響,目前已在Journal of Materials Chemistry, Journal of Physical Chemistry C, Carbon, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, CrystEngComm, Nanotechnology等國(guó)際SCI源期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文110余篇,論文被SCI源期刊引用1600余次,7篇論文入選ESI高被引論文。目前研究成果獲授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利9項(xiàng)。
采訪中,沈小平教授談到了他對(duì)科研工作的熱愛和執(zhí)著。正是充分認(rèn)識(shí)到科研工作對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)和建立創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家的重要作用,多年來(lái)他克服資金、設(shè)備、人員等方面的種種困難,堅(jiān)持不懈地搞科研。沈小平教授在科研工作中始終要求自己做到“恒心、定心、耐心”。“恒心”即持之以恒,幾十年如一日,不斷學(xué)習(xí),提高自己的學(xué)術(shù)水平;“定心”即甘于坐冷板凳,不為外界各種誘惑所動(dòng),甘于寂寞,埋頭苦干;“耐心”即科研工作不急于求成,不急功近利,踏踏實(shí)實(shí)做學(xué)問(wèn)。多年來(lái),沈小平教授為了科研和工作,基本沒有節(jié)假日和寒暑假,放棄了大量的休息時(shí)間;也因?yàn)榭蒲泄ぷ鳎?jīng)常不能盡到對(duì)家庭和孩子的責(zé)任。“作為父親的我時(shí)常有一種愧疚感。”從沈小平的言語(yǔ)間,記者體會(huì)到的是七分韌勁兒、三分無(wú)奈。
一份耕耘一份收獲,經(jīng)過(guò)多年的拼搏,近年來(lái)沈小平的科研工作進(jìn)展迅速,逐步走上了快速發(fā)展的軌道。針對(duì)當(dāng)前出現(xiàn)的各種學(xué)術(shù)腐敗問(wèn)題,沈小平教授也有一番自己的觀點(diǎn)。他常常告誡自己和學(xué)生:做學(xué)問(wèn)要先做人,要樹立求真務(wù)實(shí)的科學(xué)態(tài)度,自覺抵制各種學(xué)術(shù)的不端行為。
三尺講臺(tái) 傳道授業(yè)不倦怠
在教育事業(yè)上,沈小平教授更體現(xiàn)了一名教師為培育莘莘學(xué)子的嘔心瀝血與任勞任怨。盡管身為一名教授博導(dǎo),同時(shí)指導(dǎo)十多名研究生,研究任務(wù)十分繁重;同時(shí)沈小平教授作為民盟基層組織負(fù)責(zé)人和鎮(zhèn)江市政協(xié)委員,經(jīng)常需要參與一些社會(huì)事務(wù)。但他多年來(lái)一直堅(jiān)持親自給本科生上課,先后為本專業(yè)本科生和研究生開設(shè)五門課程。給大一學(xué)生講授《無(wú)機(jī)化學(xué)》課程已有十多個(gè)年頭,且每次上課都要重新備課,精心準(zhǔn)備。為了提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,他堅(jiān)持選用最優(yōu)秀的教材,近幾年曾先后三次更換《無(wú)機(jī)化學(xué)》教材,而不考慮給自己增加的備課負(fù)擔(dān)。在本科教學(xué)中,沈小平教授從大一開始就注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的科研動(dòng)手能力,選拔有興趣的同學(xué)進(jìn)課題組進(jìn)行科研能力訓(xùn)練,嘗試實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生科研實(shí)踐四年不間斷。目前已有多名參加訓(xùn)練的同學(xué)發(fā)表了學(xué)術(shù)論文。在做好教學(xué)工作的同時(shí),沈小平教授也積極關(guān)心學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng),對(duì)于學(xué)生在考研、出國(guó)、找工作等方面需要的幫助總是有求必應(yīng)。同時(shí)沈小平教授非常關(guān)心研究生的學(xué)習(xí)和生活,將自己的辦公室作為研究生的工作室,多年來(lái)一直與研究生一起辦公,以便隨時(shí)進(jìn)行交流和指導(dǎo)。
“做學(xué)問(wèn)需要踏實(shí),需要多年的默默付出。”基于這樣的觀念,沈小平教授在他的科研道路上踽踽獨(dú)行,也在悄無(wú)聲息中走向世界前沿,而這不正是作為一名學(xué)者的最高境界嗎?
